Institutional Quality Program

The Institutional Quality Program ensures a quality culture within the University of Concepcion. This quality culture must involve the whole organization: people, academic units and non-academic units.

Objectives

• To encourage the creation of a quality culture within the university community.

• To suggest projects for improving the standards of university work.

• Provide the community and the society with information about the quality of services that the University offers.
