Additionally, the Universidad de Concepción is member of different international University Networks and also participates actively in relevant International Cooperative Programs concerning higher education and academic and scientific development, such as:

Program from the European Union, COLUMBUS, Iberoamerican Program of
Science and Technology for Development, CYTED, Interamerican Organization
for Higher Education, OUI; Interuniversitary Centre of Development,
CINDA; Spanish International Agency for
Cooperation,
AECI.
The University contributes actively to different programs of international horizontal cooperation developed by the Chilean Government through its International Cooperation Agency, AGCI.
